• There are a few 3rd party options: Rentals have a $300 security deposit. Refunded at the end of the rental. $1200+ for 7 day;  $1000+ for 5 day;  $900+ for 4 day;  $700+ for 2-3 day. One Example This one includes delivery also; 20' Smoker Craft (See photos)  pontoon, fishing and swimming boat. Can maybe tube but will not be fast. With all new seats and flooring. Powered by a 30hp Honda outboard. Full tank of gas included and with the SC if you run out they will refill it...

We have lake floats, kids slide, swim pads, 5 person party floats, 1 or 2 person tube floats, loungers, tubes, etc. available to rent, with a fair fee. You have to rope them off on your own prefernece also, And put on land daily.  Ask what you need and we can provide.

Sleeping Bedroom/bed situation:
First Floor; (1st bedroom) a king (with a small lake view), with on-suite walk in shower. (Living room) a modular sofa which converts to at least a king sized sofa sleeper includes full and king sheets in the modular storage and blankets,, and other comforts/blankets.

Second floor; (2nd bedroom) A Queen and a fold out twin futon (with a small lake view), 60” TV. (3rd bedroom) A Full and a triple twin bunk bed (2nd and 3rd level bunk only to be used by children 12 years nd above) , 65” TV and desk with a full lake view cathedral ceilings.

A real “full chefs/grilling kitchen” (Please wash and put away any dishes, appliances, utensils, etc.), double oven/air fryer/5 burners, chefs knives, wood cutting boards, essential oil diffuser, complete sink workstation, toaster/air fryer, slow cooker, Insta-pot, blender, small smoothie blender, full mixer, coffee maker, Keurig’s, charrette board, serving trays, BBQ GRILL, PROPANE, utensils, everything you could need to cook, boil, pans/muffins, slice, strain, etc.

Board games and cards, alot of kids games, kids bean bags, adult bean bags, yard games or bring your own, . You can bring folding chairs and table for the dock/pier and make sure if there is a storm they don’t blow into the lake.

Fully remodeled. Hard wired smoke and carbon detectors including enclosed porch. There are security cameras on the exterior only and none in any interior areas where the guests can access. Garage locked by owner and one bedroom is locked by owner used on non-rental days.

The House and its amenities

If your family enjoys sunsets, lake swimming and star gazing you will not be disappointed. The main outdoor seating is a 24 x 18 ground level outdoor deck from the patio door. It corners the extended driveway with parking for 6+ cars. There is a locked outdoor 30amp RV hookup, ask for owner approval and extra cost use.

Upon walking off the deck awaits 125 feet of a private grass setting for your enjoyment and path to a 130-foot private pier and a 20 x 12 foot dock with 2 rocking chairs. With a grandiose and solid sand lake area, no muck, swimming area fully on both sides of the pier (bring water shoes as it’s a bit weedy this year). The lake has a gradual slope from the shore up to about 4 feet at the deepest part of the pier.  So just float, canoe, or kayak or whatever floats your boat! With unfenced lake and swimming access (adult supervision required). The home has an Amish Wheel and Horse Carriage Swing and Fire Pit (bring your firewood or purchase locally from the farmers) which awaits you at the lake front. There is a 36” tree swing. The second-floor balcony is 24 x 12 and is designed to relax with 2 lounge chairs and 2 seating chairs and a table.

The 24 x 12 enclosed porch is a great gathering place. There is a three person porch swing and a bar height table for seven.

The spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom home has two work desks. A 9 foot x 4.5 foot kitchen island with seating for at least 6, which can also be a workstation and of course a catering and set-up/prep area.

The kitchen and great room has a 77” Smart TV (below has the electric fireplace) and noted on all of the TV's you can login to all of your apps.

There is a 2- person step in jacuzzi bathtub to relax upon at the end of your daily adventures on the main level.

The fishing is unmatched from the pier, do your research on what’s here, ahem walleye. Fishing license is required by IN DNR. Be on the lookout for foxes, listen to the coyotes at night, great blue herons, hawks, plenty of turkey vultures, mama ducks/geese with their ducklings, and you may catch a glimpse of a bald eagle if you are watching!

Washer and Dryer in laundry room. All detergent/softener included. 

Most amenities included, Coffee, Keurig’s, tea,, 1 case of bottled water, distilled water for diffuser, most simple spices, cleaning supplies, etc. Bring flour or baking needs. Bring soap or shampoo or personal toiletries and items, but some in the house in case you forget. Please wash and put away any dishes, appliances, utensils, etc.  Start towels and laundry and strip sheets is much appreciated!
